You acknowledge that Supernova Systems, Inc. SurfClean filtered Internet service is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of performance, result, outcome and/or fitness for a particular purpose. You also acknowledge that Supernova Systems, Inc. has made no representation, warranty or guaranty applicable to any aspect of Supernova Systems, Inc. SurfClean filtered Internet services or any other services offered or to be offered to user subscribers, including, but not limited to, the ability to preclude any user or other end-user from accessing any or all web sites that such user or other end-user might find to be harmful or offensive for any reason. Supernova Systems, Inc. is also not responsible for any failures or problems with the services which are the result of your own incorrect use of the SurfClean filtering system or other tools. Supernova Systems, Inc. will in no event be liable for any damages whatsoever for consequential or incidental damages, either direct or indirect, including but not limited to loss of profits, income or use of data. Supernova Systems, Inc. is also in no way responsible for any disruptions in its SurfClean filtered Internet services regardless of the cause.

You acknowledge if you continue to subscribe to the SurfClean service after the one-time 30-day evaluation period, you are responsible for the monthly charges associated with the subscription. Once your 30-day trial period expires, you will be notified by a representative of Supernova Systems, Inc. by e-mail and/or telephone for authorization of any new charges being added to your subscription to the Internet services of Supernova Systems, Inc.
