No, our service operates off of high speed wireless signals.
Our basic installation is $99 when you sign a one year contact, and $199 if you would like to be month to month.
A basic installation includes the installation of a wireless antenna on the outside of your home, and running a cable from that antenna to your computer or wireless router.
Most installs are scheduled within one week of you signing up for service. An installer will contact you to set up a 2 hour time period in which the install will take place.
Yes! All it takes is a simple call to upgrade your service. Most upgrades can be done in as little as 5 minutes. No new equipment required!
Your first bill will be due after a successful installation. Until then, you don't owe us a thing!
Yes! Having multiple computers online, however, does require a wireless router. Our professional technicians can install one at the time of installation for an additional $100 and they'll even make sure that your new network is secured. If you have a wireless router already, great! Most routers are plug and play with our system.
